Role Description
This role involves being a Full-Stack Developer with responsibilities throughout all stages of the development effort:
- Dream features and live code
- Feature design, coding, QA, and delivery
- Collaborate on new ideas to rapidly create and test prototypes
- Improve the engineering team through thoughtful code review and design doc feedback
- Make informed decisions around technical debt, 3rd party tools, and tradeoffs
Our tech stack includes:
- Typescript with Angular and Ionic on the frontend
- NodeJS on the backend
- MongoDB as the main data store
- Deployment to the cloud using Docker
Some products you would be working on:
- iOS and Android SuiteSpot Mobile app for operational staff built using Ionic and Capacitor
- Angular web applications for managing the SuiteSpot platform
- Microservices built with Node.js, express, and NestJS, packaged with Docker and deployed to AWS
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong software design, development, and testing skills
- Fluency in Javascript/Typescript
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with Ionic and Capacitor is a plus
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration systems is a plus
