Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with 5+ years of commercial experience to join a large-scale data-driven platform with millions of users.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytics systems
- Work closely with a highly experienced Data Architect
- Collaborate with a strong engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience with Kafka
- Experience with Git, Linux/Unix, Maven
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
Requirements
- Experience with data lake solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Flink, Iceberg, Spark, Scala is a plus
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitLab, Protobuf/gRPC, Node.js/TypeScript is a plus
Work Schedule
- Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or remote
Interview Stages
- 1st stage — call with the Recruiter
- 2nd stage — interview with our CTO and the Recruiter
- 3rd stage — Client interview
