Role Description
We invite a Senior BackEnd Engineer to join the VeliEDGE product team.
Edge is a dynamic, revolutionary client engagement and marketing automation tool to boost customer retention. It is based on the Cloud Native SaaS B2B Approach and enables businesses to automate emails, web push notifications, and SMS messages to retain customers and drive lifetime value.
- Implementing new features to the product
- Take part in building and maintaining company products
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment
- Make periodical code review and optimization
- Exploring new ideas and best solutions
You will be challenged to meet high standards and deliver constant improvement in everything you do.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in NodeJs
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and scalable (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse)
- Experience with k8s, Kafka
- Knowledge of architectural patterns and design patterns
- Experience with high-load
- Linux/Unix-based operating systems and a command-line interface experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with unit tests
- Knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Product-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in PHP 7+, Laravel (will be a plus)
- Understanding of system design approaches such as DDD, CQRS, MA, and other architectural patterns (will be a plus)
- Proficient in English (will be a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (will be a plus)
