Role Description
This role involves developing modern web-based PHP applications with Laravel and contributing to web security.
- Develop web-based PHP applications using Laravel
- Refactor existing code to meet new standards and features (PHP 8)
- Write unit tests and document features and processes
- Coordinate with other members of the team and communicate on the status of your tasks
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with PHP and Laravel
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-disciplined and solution-oriented
Requirements
- Timezone: EEST (+/- 2 hours)
- Proficient in PHP and Laravel
- Familiar with tools such as PHPCS and PHPStan
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SQL and the ability to write performant queries
- SQL schema design and normalization
- Understanding of MVC frameworks and SPA
- Version control such as git
- Ability to write clean and reusable code
- Focus on security and performance
