Role Description
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems to support business needs.
- Develop robust, secure, and efficient backend solutions using Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to gather requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as performance optimizations, code refactoring, and process enhancements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
- Deploy and maintain backend services using AWS.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with a strong focus on Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic.
Requirements
- Proficient in AWS services, including RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments.
