Role Description
This role involves designing, building, extending, and supporting AI-powered autonomous agents for our product.
- Develop and optimise AI workflows using AI frameworks
- Work with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) to integrate AI-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to automate complex workflows and improve efficiency
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure AI agent implementations
- Regularly review and improve prompt engineering, memory management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
- Participate in daily stand-ups, design discussions, and peer code reviews with our global remote team
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Python experience
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and vector databases (Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Pinecone, etc.)
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI automation
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and backend development
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving in AI-driven workflows
Requirements
- Nice to have: Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) or fine-tuning LLMs
- Background in MLOps and AI model deployment
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or a track record of technical speaking engagements
