Role Description
The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing renewals and retention of an assigned set of accounts. Other responsibilities include driving ongoing adoption, processing up-sells, identifying cross-sells, and working with other teams within the company to identify ways we can improve the customer experience.
- Managing the post-sales journey of a selected customer group from product launch to expansion and support to contract extension
- Proactively addressing the customer group to strengthen product understanding and loyalty
- Creating meaningful product presentations
- Processing customer inquiries and obtaining feedback
- Close collaboration with other teams, e.g. support, finance, content services, marketing and product
- Identifying additional up- and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong written and oral knowledge of both German and English
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success management, account management or comparable experience with a high proportion of customer contact
- Your professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen to and understand customers
- Smart negotiation skills and good presentation skills
- Your independent working style and high problem-solving orientation
