Role Description

You will be:

Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code using industry best practices
Helping to improve work in all areas: coding, processes, testing, tools, collaboration
Mentoring junior and mid-level developers

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Scala
At least 6 years of programming experience
Cares about code quality
Able to independently create readable, testable code in accordance with standards
Comfortable to discuss architectural decisions and proposed design solutions
Experienced communicating with business representatives
Understands customer requirements and able to deliver relevant business value
Experienced in event-driven microservices architecture
Experienced running services in cloud environments
Familiarized with designing REST APIs
Speaks English well (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2)
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
