Role Description

You will be:

Identifying the most cost-effective sales channels for different customer segments
Providing insights into customer buying behavior (order frequency, size, retention)
Improving tracking of cost per order and overall digital performance
Optimizing webshop features and website content for better sales efficiency and lead generation
Developing reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker, or similar
Experience with Google Analytics and Hubspot
Knowledge of SAP data and CRM Data
Ability to extract and analyze data from structured cloud sources
Ability to build dashboards, automating reports, and integrating multiple data sources
Communication skills in Polish and English
