Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer proficient in Golang to develop and enhance testing environments and infrastructure for the Omni protocol.
- Develop our load testing framework to evaluate the performance and scalability of our protocols.
- Ensure seamless protocol upgrades and manage rollback procedures when necessary.
- Implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and scaling within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with protocol engineers to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure systems uptime and incident resolution.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Go programming or similar language.
- 1+ years of experience in a blockchain protocol.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Requirements
- Proficient with cloud services such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
- Experience with automation and scripting using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Strong background in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities reliably and effectively.
