Role Description

This role involves developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Develop custom applications using advanced Apex, triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC, Aura) and reusable components.
Implement automation using advanced Flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Platform Events, and Asynchronous Processing (Queueable, Batch Apex, Future Methods).
Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
Optimize SOQL, DML operations, and governor limits to enhance performance.
Develop and customize AI models using out-of-the-box Salesforce features helpful for forecasting and deriving customer insights.
Optimize Service Cloud and work on projects such as a Club Manager application and a partner manager application.

Qualifications

Requirements

A proactive, result and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.
Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Experience using GIT as a version control system for day-to-day development.
Enthusiastic to explore new AI features of Salesforce; previous experience is a plus.
