Role Description
As a Pricing Manager (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will take ownership of our pricing activities for the Belgian market. Your goal is to optimize our prices to maximize both sales and margins.
- Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability
- Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth
- Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Country Management, Category Management, and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights
- Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Experienced in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making
- Strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python
- Proactive approach and a strategic yet hands-on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and improve
- Enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills
- Able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week
Requirements
- This position is planned as a part-time role with 20 hours per week
