Role Description
Do you want to make an impact on millions of members across Europe? As a Content & CRM Marketer at Basic-Fit, you’ll be the driving force behind inspiring and smart CRM campaigns. You’ll create compelling content, develop innovative retention strategies, and help us automate processes using AI. Your goal? To inform, motivate, and ensure that our members stay with us—or come back!
Your Responsibilities
- Make an impact by creating engaging emails, blogs, and app messages that inspire and activate our members.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to take our CRM strategy to the next level.
- Drive innovation and improvement by leveraging AI and automation within our CRM campaigns.
- Enhance our retention strategy: how can we keep members engaged? You’ll develop and test creative solutions.
- Work on exciting projects, such as automated member journeys, loyalty campaigns, and personalized communication via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Media, Communication, or Marketing.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big advantage).
- Interest in AI and automation within CRM—or the eagerness to learn.
- Strong project management skills and analytical mindset.
- A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
