Role Description
As a Product Specialist you will be part of the product team at Basic-Fit. In this role you will be responsible for the optimalisation of procedures related to fitness equipment and in-club devices and support the stakeholders in usage of these.
- Creation and optimalisation of Product related processes
- Further automate Product related processes
- Providing Club Operations all required Product support and information
- Coordinate and administrate the ordering process of Fitness equipment
- Supervise, analyze and report on Service levels and the quality of delivered services
- Inform and provide educational content for Club operations
Location is our headquarters in Hoofddorp and you will report to our Product Director Henk-Jan Thoes.
Qualifications
- An action driven person who is able to multitask and not afraid of having a discussion
- Analytical mindset leading to effective problem solving
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with service and ticketing systems (e.g. Xurrent)
- Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience, preferable Smartsheet
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multi-task, context switch, and be flexible enough to go with the flow
- The ability to take input and prioritize work
- A passion for technology, fitness, and/or healthy lifestyles
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week
