Role Description

This role involves leading the future of Everyday Care at Included Health. The Staff Product Manager will:

Develop and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of Everyday Care, including a portfolio of existing clinical care offerings and new product development.
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, clinical team, care team, and general managers to define and deliver member-centric, outcomes-oriented experiences.
Lead end-to-end product development, including ideation, research, design, requirements definition, metrics specification, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner to define, implement, and monitor metrics and feedback cycles that quantify and describe product performance.

Qualifications

Experience building and shipping health or healthcare products is highly valued.
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact products throughout the lifecycle.
7+ years experience working with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
Experience leading conception and launch of new products to a large number of users, driving continuous improvement using feedback and data.
Strong product intuition and expertise in simplifying user interfaces and creating intuitive user experiences.
Familiarity with AI and/or Gen AI product development (preferred).
Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and data analysis.
Ability to blend technology and human service into product experiences that scale.
Strong point of view about what makes products great, informed by hands-on study of the product area.
Ability to excel in highly collaborative environments and projects.
Deep empathy for end users, keeping their needs at the center of the product.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and experience defining and measuring product goals and metrics.
Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Passion and optimism for improving healthcare delivery.

Requirements

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Starting base salary will depend on several job-related factors unique to each candidate.
This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus.
