Role Description
As a Partner Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in driving technical sales strategy and implementing best practice with our Conga Partner Network. The Conga Partner team works closely with our strategic system integrators, ISV’s and Hyperscalers like Microsoft, Amazon and Salesforce. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and our Conga Advantage Platform to develop strategic solution paths, key sales programs and provide thought leadership to our partner enablement efforts.
- Collaborate with the Conga Team to showcase our Conga Advantage Platform and solutions to our partners.
- Enable partners to grow their knowledge and be a trusted advisor to mutual customers.
- Help build and scope integrations.
- Demonstrate impactful demos.
- Build API driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and sales teams to ensure products and services meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of platform and enterprise application value and deployment.
- Proven experience in building and demonstrating API-focused solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends.
- Experience with Salesforce: Agent Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
- Act as the primary advocate for customer needs and requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- Energetic and collaborative approach.
