Role Description

This role involves managing the UK mathematics team at Light & Wonder, focusing on the iGaming market.

Mentor UK iGaming mathematicians
Collaborate with Project Management, Game Production, Compliance, and Software development teams
Ensure a smooth concept to release timeline
Lead and contribute to meetings regarding project management, game development, game design, and compliance
Work primarily with the UK and EU markets, while collaborating with the US iGaming team based in Las Vegas

Qualifications

Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in a STEM subject or relevant industry experience
5+ years’ experience in the iGaming space is desirable, but a shorter timeframe will be considered given relevant experience elsewhere
Experience with programming simulations, engines, or similar in C++, C#, Python, or other languages required
Good written and verbal communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills
Self-motivated team player

Requirements

Confidence with working remotely and using video conferencing
Ability to work in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-driven environment
