Role Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with solid cross-functional testing experience (web, API, mobile) and a strong understanding of agile development processes. You'll join a distributed team working on Continuous Delivery, so the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across time zones is crucial.
- Plan, design, and execute manual tests for web, API, and mobile platforms
- Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, and test plans
- Log defects clearly, assess their severity, and track their resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to improving testing processes
- Support the team in building Continuous Delivery by ensuring consistent test coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on cross-functional testing
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the role of QA in CI/CD
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team
- Experience with test documentation tools and bug tracking systems (TestRail, Jira, Confluence)
- Good understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Fiddler or Charles, browser DevTools
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server for data validation and test setup
