Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of frontend and mobile applications for our B2B SaaS platform.
- Lead the development and maintenance of frontend web applications in React and Redux
- Develop and maintain mobile app in React Native, Redux, and RealmDB offline storage
- Design and implement custom real-time web/offline first mobile sync logic and architecture
- Design and implement reusable component libraries in React
- Design and implement robust testing frameworks including TDD, unit testing, integration testing, E2E testing, Jest, Detox, Cypress
- Implement and ensure compliance with coding standards and QA processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
- Interpret user requirements and implement high-quality frontend and mobile applications
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Solid understanding of fundamental computer science and software engineering principles (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, architecture)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Technical Lead or Principal Engineer role
- 5+ years of experience working in a frontend/mobile team in an agile/scrum environment
- Expertise in Javascript, Typescript, React, React Native, Redux
- Experience of developing reusable frontend component libraries in React
- Experience of developing web frontend and mobile apps for B2B SaaS application
