Role Description

This role involves developing and maintaining Java-based applications in a full stack capacity.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based back-end services using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs adhering to industry best practices.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture.
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, UI, QA) to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong experience with Java 8+.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
  • Expertise in Angular (version 10 or above).
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
