Role Description
At Factorial, we're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to help us tackle our domain's challenges and ensure our product development reaches the next level. We want someone who enjoys making a real impact by working closely with the business.
- Lead the development of the BackOffice & Internal Tools team
- Accountable for the health and growth of your product
- Manage the BackOffice, the internal product used across the company
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer or in a similar position
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience in hiring processes, bringing top talent to the organization
- Previously worked with Ruby
- Deep understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, and similar)
- Ability to create integrations with other backend systems
- Strong soft and communication skills

- Comfortable cooperating with other teams
- Engage in Socratic exchanges when disagreements arise
- Believe in consistency, performance, quality, and scalability
- Desire to continue writing code
