Role Description
As a Senior Engineer at Factorial, you'll be part of a team of 150+ product developers. We look for talented people who are curious, proactive, and have great communication skills.
- Work in a multicultural, English-speaking environment
- Contribute to improving HR processes for SMEs worldwide
- Choose to work from home, in our Barcelona offices, or a mix of both
- Our stack is Ruby on Rails for the backend and React/React Native for the clients
- Solid experience managing large-scale application deployments on the cloud
- Define, implement, and help teams adopt new abstractions
- 3+ years of experience developing software products
- Good knowledge of CI/CD services
- Broad experience in Cloud deployments
- Ideally possess previous experience in working in DX teams
- Great communication skills
