Role Description
This role involves supporting global customers and assisting with day-to-day Citrix and Modern Desktop support tasks.
- Customers Citrix environment health, configuration, patching, and image management
- Mentoring, supporting, and developing service desk team members
- Working closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Owning and driving customer success
- Core alignment with Insentra values #HITACES
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
- Experience with Citrix Cloud Service
- Knowledge of Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
- Familiarity with Citrix ADC and load balancing
- Experience with VPN and gateway
- Knowledge of GSLB
- Experience in image creation, management, and optimisation (PVS, MCS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure infrastructure
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Citrix ADC nFactor
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with FSLogix and Nerdio
- Knowledge of MFA (Azure, Okta, Duo)
- Experience with ControlUp and Citrix Application Delivery Management
- Proficiency in PowerShell, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM)
- ITIL certified in Service Management
- Relevant Microsoft and Citrix certifications
