Role Description

Als Senior Software Developer bei tecRacer übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Umsetzung komplexer Softwarelösungen in Cloud-nahen Projekten. Du kannst dich entweder als technische_r Expert_in positionieren oder als Projektverantwortliche*r eine leitende Rolle übernehmen. In beiden Fällen bringst du dein fundiertes Wissen, deine Innovationsfreude und deine Kommunikationsstärke in unsere Kundenprojekte ein.

  • Übernimmst Verantwortung für größere Projekte oder priorisierte Teilprojekte als technische_r Expert_in oder Projektleitung
  • Führst Projektteams durch Stand-ups, Plannings und technische Diskussionen – intern und mit Kunden
  • Analysierst Anforderungen, zerlegst komplexe Vorhaben in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete und koordinierst deren Umsetzung
  • Übersetzt Kundenwünsche und User Stories in technische Spezifikationen und prägst aktiv die Architektur von Anwendungen
  • Entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team zukunftsfähige Softwarelösungen, dabei bist du auch hands-on in der Implementierung involviert
  • Etablierst und überwachst technische Standards, führst Code Reviews durch und sorgst für hohe Codequalität
  • Gibst dein Wissen durch Mentoring weiter und förderst den fachlichen Austausch im Team
  • Berichtest über Projektfortschritte und Herausforderungen an Management und Kunden

Qualifications

  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in groß angelegten Cloud-Projekten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einem vergleichbaren MINT-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren Cloud-relevanten Programmiersprachen (z. B. TypeScript, Python, Java, Go)
  • Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprinzipien wie SOLID, YAGNI etc.
  • Ein Verständnis von Cloud-Architekturen, z. B. Event-gesteuerten Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Methoden zur Anforderungsanalyse (z. B. Event Storming, User Story Mapping)
  • AWS-Zertifizierungen auf Associate-Level (z. B. Developer oder Solutions Architect) sind ein Bonus
