Role Description
In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Team, focusing on projects and topics in close collaboration with our customers.
- Identifizierung und Analyse von Use Cases und Konzeption von komplexen Amazon Connect-Umgebungen zur Optimierung des Customer Services unserer Kunden
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung von Amazon Connect Contact Center-Lösungen
- Design und Implementierung von kundenspezifischen IVR-Flows, Routing-Strategien und Agent-Desktops
- Integration von Amazon Connect mit anderen AWS-Services (z.B. Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB) und Drittsystemen wie CRM-Lösungen
- Konfiguration von Reporting und Analytics für Echtzeit- und historische Kontaktcenter-Daten
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Trainings
- Vorbereitung von Testkonzepten und Roll-out Plänen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Entwicklung hochwertiger Kundenlösungen
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Contact Center-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Amazon Connect
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von IVR-Systemen, Routing-Strategien und Agenten-Workflows
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda
- AWS-Zertifizierungen wie AWS Solutions Architect oder ähnliche sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit CTI-Integrationen und API-Anbindungen
- Verständnis für Kundenanforderungen und die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen zu konzipieren
- DU bist motiviert, mit den neuesten Technologien zu arbeiten und dich kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickeln
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte
- Team- und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Du hast einen Studienabschluss im MINT-Bereich (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik), eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
