Role Description
This role involves working in a real-life client environment to help companies in the financial services industry achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and solutions that cover banking, insurance, and finance processes end-to-end.
- Leverage your ABAP expertise in innovative projects to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions into the existing infrastructure of banks or insurers.
- Act as a key contributor to both the initial implementation and ongoing development of platforms and vertical modules like Transaction Banking and Payment, Commercial Banking, and more.
- Work alongside some of the brightest and most visionary professionals in the industry.
- Be deployed as part of the team at critical points in customer projects and solve challenges according to your expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects; experience within FSI markets is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in ABAP programming, combined with a strong interest in further development.
- Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
