Role Description

We’re hiring a VP of Sales to lead the team, win customers, and help us set the standard for cannabis retail.

• Join a business with an established product, existing customers, and an active pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership, with a track record of managing and developing account executives.
• Experience in cannabis, POS, retail technology, or adjacent markets preferred.

Requirements

• Structured approach to building sales processes and establishing accountability.
• Hands-on coaching ability to improve execution.
• Confidence in pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM.
• Reliable follow-through and clear communication.
• Comfort working closely with an involved CEO.
