Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Executive with a passion for women's health and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with physicians. This role requires exceptional business acumen, attention to detail, and a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will:

• Proactively identify and engage prospective physician partners
• Assess their fit for Monarch's membership model
• Confidently guide them through a thoughtful, consultative evaluation process
• Support physicians through an important professional transition while delivering an exceptional experience

This is a remote position with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and nationally for conferences, physician meetings, and company events. The successful candidate is an outstanding communicator with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a collaborative mindset. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapt quickly to change, and are passionate about advancing women's healthcare by helping independent physicians build stronger, more sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling to physicians
• Experience calling on OB/GYNs, women's health specialists, or primary care physicians strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead physicians through complex business decisions
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory and nationally for conferences and physician events
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
• High level of professionalism, resilience, and integrity
• Passion for improving women's healthcare and supporting independent physician practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling to OB/GYNs, women's health specialists, or primary care physicians
• Proven track record of developing long-term relationships and navigating complex sales cycles
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to accommodate physicians' schedules
• Ownership of territory and consistent generation of new opportunities
• Energized by prospecting, networking, and building lasting partnerships
