Role Description

As a Sales Executive (Timeshare Experience), you will be responsible for making meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests. You will contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Catering the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.
• Following through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining high standards and providing the best service.
• Maintaining the customer relationship after the sale to ensure continued owner satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
• Communicating clearly with coworkers and guests.
• Adhering to company rules in all situations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum one year of timeshare sales experience within the last 2 years required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Teams preferred.
• Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of on-site or virtual timeshare sales experience with documented performance results.
• Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings.
• Residence required in Arizona, Nevada, or Utah.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Successful candidates will be willing to work at night (occasionally) and on weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
