Role Description

As a Virtual Dental Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills and oral healthcare knowledge to educate, influence, and support customers through virtual interactions. You'll build strong relationships, deliver engaging product discussions, provide tailored recommendations, and help customers improve oral health outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and sales discussions with customers and healthcare professionals
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate oral care products and solutions
• Educate customers on oral health best practices and product benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement
• Accurately record customer interactions and activity within CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction
• Achieve agreed performance and engagement targets

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, dental, or medical sales
• Alternatively, a background in dental hygiene, dentistry, oral health, or dental nursing
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Commercially aware with a customer-centric approach
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using CRM platforms
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly
