Role Description

Lead the sales organization for a market leader in home improvement. Kwikset holds the majority share in mechanical locks. That's the opportunity and the challenge: when you're #1, growth doesn't come from chasing the market; it comes from out-executing it, and defending share against everyone trying to take it from you. We're hiring a Vice President of Sales to own that mandate.

Reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the business's leadership team, you'll own the full revenue and margin plan across retail, field, wholesale, and eCommerce. You'll set pricing and channel strategy in a cost pressured environment, build and develop a team of senior sales leaders, and deepen the strategic customer relationships that keep us in the #1 seat.

You're the right fit if you've:

• Led large, multi-channel sales organizations and carried a P&L-level revenue and margin number
• Grown — or defended — share in a tough market shaped by tariffs, inflation, or supply disruption
• Turned pricing and channel-mix decisions into protected margin, not just top-line
• Built high-performing teams and developed senior talent
• Come from durable goods, building products, hardware, or a related manufactured-goods world

What you'll be measured on in year one:

• Delivering the revenue and margin plan despite headwinds
• Implementing pricing actions that protect margin
• Strengthening the sales team
• Building trust with our largest customers

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-channel sales organizations
• Proven track record in growing or defending market share
• Expertise in pricing and channel-mix strategies
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Background in durable goods or related sectors

Requirements

• Ability to deliver total sales revenue and margin plan
• Experience in strategic account planning for key customers
• Capability to lead and coach senior sales leaders
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
