[Hiring] Vice President of Sales @Rad AI

Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic sales leader to own the Western U.S. and drive growth within health systems and radiology groups across Rad AI's new and existing product lines.

• Lead a team of Regional VPs and participate directly in deals.
• Act as the GM of your region, understanding every aspect of the business.
• Navigate complex relationships between health systems and radiology groups.
• Forecast accurately to meet or exceed quota.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents carrying individual quotas.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive accountability to exceed revenue goals.
• Work deals directly—help your RVPs win, not just inspect their pipeline.
• Review, manage, and support RVP deal strategy and execution at every stage of the sales cycle.
• Support RVPs in developing and growing relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Implement and refine sales processes and operating rhythms to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Anticipate constraints before they bind—recruit ahead of plan and assess team structure.
• Build a team culture rooted in transparency, excellence, ownership, and a mission-driven focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare technology sales.
• 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams of quota-carrying reps.
• Experience leading complex healthcare sales cycles into hospitals, health systems, or physician groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance through metrics and pipeline analysis.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Strong hiring and inspirational skills.
• Elite communication skills, particularly in listening.
• Ownership mentality in business and team dynamics.
• Data-driven and highly organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions into healthcare or health tech startups.
• Experience scaling sales teams and territories during a rapid growth phase.
• Familiarity with radiology, imaging IT, or related healthcare ecosystems.
• Existing relationships with health system and radiology group executives in the West.
