[Hiring] Vice President of Sales @Level Agency

Role Description

Level Agency is hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead complex pursuits, win high-value accounts, and build the sales systems that fuel our next stage of growth.

• Ownership of Level’s most strategic opportunities, including executive referrals, high-potential prospects, RFPs, and “house accounts.”
• Oversight of inbound and SDR functions and shaping outbound strategy in partnership with the CRO.
• Sell sophisticated, customized marketing services to organizations with complex goals and multiple stakeholders.
• Success means consistently winning the right clients and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex B2B sales experience.
• At least 5 years in enterprise or strategic sales.
• Proven six- and seven-figure closing experience.
• Relevant services sales experience.
• Experience selling to Level-like clients.
• Full-cycle sales ownership.
• Strong discovery skills.
• Executive presence.
• Customized solution selling experience.
• RFP and proposal leadership.
• Commercial and negotiation judgment.
• Leadership through influence.
• Sales leadership experience.
• Pipeline and forecasting discipline.
• CRM fluency.
• Sandler knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
