Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who excels at building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Sell therapeutic lasers into Veterinary clinics and other veterinary-focused treatment facilities

Achieve assigned revenue goals

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Act as the main point of contact for customers within the territory, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly

Provide product demonstrations, training, and support as needed

Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals

Stay informed about Companyβs products and services, as well as broader industry developments

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications

Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations

Maintain a professional and credible image with key veterinarians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers

Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience required
Requirements

3+ Years of sales experience, preferably in territory or regional sales role

Experience in capital device sales into the animal health market

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
