Role Description
Reporting to Turf's National Sales Director, the Turf AS Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales, sales operations, and overall profitability in a designated region.

Consistently achieves overall regional sales goals, including the realization of established revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin goals for assigned region.

Develops and executes strategic plans by leveraging technological and financial opportunities, while maximizing and enhancing available assets and resources.

Recruits, onboards, trains, and manages independent representatives within the region.

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with all representatives, to ensure company values, strategies, and objectives are communicated and understood.

Ensures that representative sales goals and objectives are met by assigning accountabilities with monthly metrics to drive results and manage consistently.

Keeps current with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Plans, manages, and attends trade shows and conferences where a company presence is necessary; plans and assists representatives with their shows. Follows up with them on their shows to assess the value to and impact on the company.
Qualifications
-
Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

5+ years of sales experience in the A&D industry is required.

Experience with building and growing new businesses and expanding existing customer portfolio through a representative-based sales structure is required.

Experience developing organizations and teams that align with the business strategy is a plus.
