Role Description

We are looking for motivated independent recruiters who want to work remotely, speak with CDL drivers, and help match qualified drivers with available trucking opportunities. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity. It is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people by phone, and interested in recruiting, transportation, sales, or driver placement.

As a Remote Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting and communicating with CDL drivers by phone, text, and email
• Reviewing driver qualifications based on available carrier requirements
• Discussing available driving opportunities with interested drivers
• Helping drivers complete the application process
• Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the recruiting platform
• Following company communication and submission procedures
• Attending available training or support meetings as needed
• Representing DriveLine Recruit professionally and honestly

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Reliable internet access and phone access
• Ability to work independently from home
• Organized and able to track driver conversations and follow-ups
• Professional, honest, and respectful communication style
• Trucking, recruiting, sales, dispatch, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Recruiters are paid when eligible driver placements are completed according to DriveLine Recruit's current commission structure.
• There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary for this role.
