This is a role for someone looking to build long-term relationships and a long-lasting reputation within the industry. Within this role, you will directly manage a customer base of partner distributors & OEM partners. You will be expected to:

• Build relationships high, deep, and wide within your customer base.
• Look for and manage business opportunities & sales pipeline.
• Continue expanding Thermoid’s market share & operational profit within the Central U.S. territory.

This is a remote role; however, we prefer the ideal candidate to reside in the Central Territory in one of the following cities: Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, Lincoln, or Kansas City. All applicants should reside near a major airport.

• Must be able to analyze customer business trends and drive action to course correct.
• Must demonstrate the ability to represent our organization at the highest level.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of both written and oral communication and be comfortable in either virtual or in-person settings.

• You must be self-motivated to succeed and demonstrate complete ownership of your role.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to travel regularly up to 50% of the time.

• This is a remote role; however, we prefer the ideal candidate to reside in Central Iowa.
