Role Description

WEX Telematics is growing and seeking a results-driven Telematics Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth. This is a critical role where you will act as a "Trusted Adviser" for prospects and customers. You will be tasked with growing our small and mid-sized business by managing a pipeline of opportunities.

• Apply a solution selling approach that starts with understanding the customer's core needs.
• Recommend industry-leading telematics solutions to help customers improve efficiency, increase safety, ensure compliance, and track sustainability initiatives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Possess a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to mentor others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience, minimum 1 year selling telematics or similar vehicle management solution.
• Previous experience with telematics, fleet management, fuel cards, or cloud-based applications.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a preferred qualification.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• History of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience mentoring junior sales associates.
• Must be proficient with Salesforce; knowledge of Google G Suite is also helpful.

The pay for this role is performance-driven and designed to reward top performers. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary based on various factors, such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
