About the Role:

Select candidates should demonstrate software or hardware sales success based on performance/capabilities/company success at prior jobs or in related experiences.

Other tracks may apply such as Account Management, Product Management, Professional Services, Training, etc.

Desire to solve problems, serve clients and prospects, and convert clients from not-so-great experiences to much better ones on the CounselLink platform.
Responsibilities:

Enjoy working independently.

In-depth knowledge and experience with computers, SaaS applications, and other software.

Comfortable with AI and compliant with LexisNexis AI policies.
-
50% of your job may be dedicated to responding to RFPs; writing is essential.
-
Other 50% is public-facing on virtual and sometimes live demonstrations.

Problem-solving is a key aspect of the role.

Teamwork is a huge plus for contributing to overall success through process improvements.

Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; share knowledge with others.
Qualifications
-
At least a Bachelor's Degree in a related subject.

Five+ years in Sales or Product Management.

Related experiences will be considered for substitution for education or experience.

Writing samples may be requested as this is a writing-intensive position.
Requirements

Sell services or software to enhance credibility for both the Sellers and LexisNexis.

Communicate and demonstrate how to use and configure supported software.

Self-start and work within a dynamic team as both an individual contributor and a team-oriented contributor.

Develop and contribute videos, presentations, and other Sales Enablement tools.

Understand the nature of SaaS software and the technologies behind it.

Consult with others to understand practical use perspectives and gain best practice insights.

Partner with sales representatives and Proposal Management to add value to sales motions.

Coordinate with a dedicated Proposal Manager for effective job success.
