Role Description

This is a remote position, with 75% travel expectation.

• Customer segment supporting Pizza/Italian, Hispanic/Latin and more.

The SVP, Specialty Customer Segments is responsible for providing strategic leadership, commercial direction, and operational oversight for Performance Foodservice specialty segments. This role partners across the enterprise to align specialty segment priorities with broader Performance Foodservice objectives, drive profitable growth, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, and ensure coordinated execution across sales, operations, procurement, finance, marketing, customer support, and shared services.

• Provides executive leadership for Performance Foodservice specialty customer segments.
• Aligns sales, operations, procurement, finance, marketing, customer support, and shared services around specialty segment priorities.
• Ensures segment initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives, financial targets, operational capabilities, customer commitments, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in specialty sales, business development, segment leadership, account strategy, or related commercial operations.
