Key Responsibilities

Team Building: Own the end-to-end talent cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management (firing) of sales representatives.

Performance Management: Monitor and manage all department KPIs to ensure consistent revenue growth and efficiency.

Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular call reviews, lead intensive role-playing sessions, and provide hands-on training to sharpen the teamβs closing skills.

Process Optimization: Build, document, and refine sales processes and workflow automations to improve pipeline velocity.

Critical Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement strategic solutions to keep the team moving forward.

CRM Management: Leverage GoHighLevel and other sales tools to track data, manage leads, and ensure high CRM hygiene.

Leading by Example: Step into the trenches to close deals when necessary and demonstrate what "great" looks like to the team.
Qualifications

Proven Leadership: Experience building and scaling a sales team from the ground up, preferably within the Information Marketing or Coaching industry.

Industry Experience: A strong understanding of the Real Estate Investing education space or high-ticket coaching.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Metric-Driven: A deep understanding of how to manage a sales floor through data and KPIs.

Location/Timezone: Must be based onshore in the United States and able to work 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM Arizona time.

Communication: Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
