Role Description

As a Strategic Accounts Executive, you will drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency across high-stakes accounts, helping set new industry standards for network management and automation.

• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets by developing strategic business plans aligned with client needs and our client's product solutions.
• Establish and maintain deep, trust-driven relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify and capture new business opportunities that strengthen the pipeline.
• Design customized network solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' operational frameworks, leveraging our client's technology.
• Implement retention strategies that improve client satisfaction and long-term loyalty through service delivery and product performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to streamline service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic sales role within the software or IT services industry.
• Proven track record managing and closing large-scale enterprise software deals.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling techniques and creating bespoke client solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives.

Requirements

• Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, with regular opportunities to contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Benefits

• $150,000 – $180,000 base + OTE.
