[Hiring] Strategic Account Manager III @Charter Manufacturing

Role Description

The Strategic Account Manager III is a senior commercial leader responsible for delivering above-market growth within Charter Casting’s most strategically important, complex, and highest-value OEM accounts. This role leads strategic execution across key customer relationships, driving long-range account positioning and delivering significant revenue growth, margin expansion, major platform wins, and strategic portfolio influence aligned with both annual and 5-year initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex OEM accounts.
• Proven success in winning large, complex, multi-year programs.
• Advanced financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and contract evaluation.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive multi-year strategic account plans.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other related advanced degree (preferred).
• Experience managing complex OEM relationships (preferred).
• Experience negotiating long-term agreements and complex commercial contracts (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional business strategy (preferred).
