[Hiring] Strategic Account Manager @e.Republic

Role Description

Responsible for the sales of all e.Republic products and services to companies in the state, local and education markets.

• Maintains current customer base for assigned accounts, consulting and providing existing customers knowledge on products, securing re-signs, and promoting add-on sales.
• Maintains long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction without compromising company profits.
• Gains a sound understanding of State and Local Government and Education markets to consult clients effectively.
• Achieves and maintains a sufficient understanding of all e.Republic’s brands, products, and services to consult customers on suitable solutions.
• Carries the sales process from the original sale through to delivery, troubleshooting and liaising with other departments as needed.
• Understands the company’s resources and can tag internal roles as consultants during client calls.
• Seeks out new customers and sales opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Responds to all leads assigned within 24 business hours.
• Provides proposals within 48 hours of request or client appointments.
• Tracks individual assigned revenue targets or production quotas as a Strategic Account Manager.
• Travels to sites as necessary to develop client relations, with a minimum of 6-8 trips per year.
• Develops and composes contract proposals containing tailored solutions using products and services.
• Communicates value proposals through effective and professional sales presentations.
• Coordinates actions with the Sales Admin to ensure Salesforce database is current and accurate.
• Stays abreast of current trends and educates oneself to keep knowledge up to date.
• Qualifies, educates, and onboards clients to ensure they are in the right programs/products.
• Develops existing and new opportunities.
• Maintains outreach statistics, such as Developed Opportunities, Pitches, Email Outflow Campaigns, etc.
• Represents the company in a highly professional manner in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience of at least 2 years required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work productively under high sales pressure and quotas.
• Can adapt to a quickly changing group environment.
• Ability to present to potential clients.
• Ability to maintain a consistent level of sales.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Has a passion and motivation for sales.
• Has excellent customer service skills.
• Must be in a work environment with reliable Internet access.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chat GPT.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience in Sale of Advertising, Events, Research, Customized Media, and Online products and services is a plus.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding past sales goals.
• Experience with selling into the public sector is a plus.
• Experience working in a remote organization is preferred.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must maintain a work environment with reliable internet access.

Benefits

• Compensation: $33.65-$38.46/hour plus commissions.
