What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs, explain available options, and guide applications.
• Follow up with interested clients and build lasting relationships.
• Keep accurate records using our CRM and digital tools.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• As you advance, explore opportunities to mentor new representatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn.
• A self-motivated attitude and comfort working remotely.
• Age 18+ and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to complete training and obtain the required state professional license before conducting licensed activities.

Requirements

• Weekly performance-based commissions, with annual earning potential of $65,000–$100,000, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and renewal commissions.
• Enjoy remote work with scheduling flexibility, provided leads, ongoing mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.
