[Hiring] Sourcing Representative @Mauser Packaging Solutions

Role Description

• Be the primary point of contact for inbound raw material.
• Make daily sourcing calls from multiple sourcing options.
• Understand and monitor the price and competitive market conditions that affect sourcing.
• Successfully build, influence and manage internal relationships to achieve sourcing objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors/sources for raw materials.
• Using the systems and programs available, provide actionable data and reports to the field and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• At least 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong relationship building skills, tenacity and sales bias.
• Action oriented and able to execute quickly.
• Customer focused (internal and external) – always staying in touch with the customer and their needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to create buy-in from generator.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite – above average computer skills including Excel.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong team orientation with ability to work collaboratively.
• Possess personal drive, self-motivation, and takes initiative to meet all deadlines.
