Role Description
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join Advisor360βs Implementation Team. In this post-sales role, you will act as part of the strategic and technical team for new clients, ensuring seamless implementation of Advisor360βs wealth management solutions. You will bridge the gap between client business needs and Advisor360βs technology, guiding our clients through onboarding, integration, and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will not only deliver complex onboarding solutions but also shape onboarding methodologies and influence implementation strategy. Client Engagement & Advisory

Serve as a technical and business contact during onboarding, collaborating internally and with client stakeholders.

Translate strategic client goals into scalable Advisor360 platform solutions aligned with regulatory, operational, and performance requirements.

Guide clients through data migration, platform configuration, and integrations into enterprise ecosystems.

Solution Design & Delivery

Help develop solution architecture for onboarding clients, balancing business objectives, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.

Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, performance, and risk management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with peers to validate solution feasibility and set realistic expectations with clients.

Shape Advisor360βs onboarding methodology to scale effectively across clients.

Post-Sales Management

Drive client adoption and early measurable value realization during onboarding.

Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers that could impact onboarding success.

Troubleshoot complex technical and business onboarding issues, ensuring rapid resolution.

Oversee smooth handoffs to Client Success and Support teams once onboarding milestones are achieved.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise onboarding, or implementation consulting in financial services technology.

Experience in enterprise system integrations (APIs, SSO, Basic SQL, CRM, data management, security frameworks).

Foundation in business/systems analysis, fostering curiosity and a balanced mix of technical and business skills.

Experience collaborating with developers and performing QA testing is valuable.

Background in financial services, insurance, or wealth advisory technology.

Demonstrated experience across key financial services workflows, such as Account Opening, Trading, Compliance, Portfolio Performance, or Reporting is a plus.

Knowledge of broker-dealer and RIA back-office operations and workflows or other financial service industries is a plus.

Familiarity with financial services data aggregators and industry standards is a plus.
