[Hiring] Solution Sales Executive @Matrix Global

Role Description

For MagicTouch, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who will actively develop markets, open doors and confidently conclude complex B2B sales processes. You will actively enter the market yourself, address relevant decision-makers and use your existing network to build new customer relationships. At the same time, you will work closely with Business Development, Marketing and our Solution Experts.

Your tasks

• Active new customer acquisition in the DACH region
• Building a sustainable sales pipeline
• Proactive customer approach via LinkedIn, networking and personal contacts
• Participation in industry events, trade fairs and professional events
• Conducting discovery conversations to identify pain points and business potential
• Development and qualification of new opportunities
• Management of the sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
• Collaborate with presales, consulting, and marketing to develop compelling customer solutions

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales
• Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers
• Strong hunter mentality and high level of initiative
• Experience in Solution Selling, Value Selling or Consultative Selling
• Enjoyment of approaching people and building relationships
• Interest in digitalization, AI, automation and data-driven solutions
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
