[Hiring] SMB Account Executive, SaaS Veterinary @Digitail

Role Description

Digitail is looking for a candidate with 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience to join our team. You will be responsible for:

• Owning the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Building trusted relationships with veterinarians, practice managers, and clinic owners.
• Running workflow-driven demos that connect operational challenges to measurable outcomes.
• Helping buyers understand the clinical, operational, and financial impact of change.
• Guiding prospects through a structured evaluation and decision-making process.
• Maintaining consistent follow-up and deal momentum across your pipeline.
• Becoming an expert in veterinary workflows, practice operations, and Digitail’s platform.
• Partnering closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
• Managing pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance with a high degree of ownership.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience working in veterinary medicine or selling into veterinary practices.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with clinic owners, veterinarians, and practice managers.
• Excited to travel periodically for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
