[Hiring] Setter / Webinar Attendance Representative @OptionBots

Role Description

OptionBot is an automated trading software company that helps traders build, backtest, and automate trading bots. We're looking for someone who can grow with us and work directly alongside the founder/CEO.

The job itself is simple:

• Call and text leads all day.
• Communicate with leads before the workshop to maximize attendance.
• Spend most of your day inside our CRM:
• Calling new workshop registrants
• Texting and following up with leads
• Responding when leads call or text back
• Building rapport and answering basic questions
• Following up consistently
• Reminding people about the upcoming workshop
• Getting people excited to attend
• Keeping the CRM organized and up to date
• Follow up with attendees who didn't purchase after each workshop.

This is a commission-based role with an expected OTE of $2-5k per month.

Working Hours:

• Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Must be comfortable working these Eastern Time hours if located outside of the U.S.
• Opportunities for additional performance bonuses for extra hours, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent Spoken English.
• Strong Work Ethic.

Requirements

• Clear, fluent, natural-sounding English.
• Confidence in conversational skills.
• Willingness to consistently work through leads in the CRM.
• Comfortable making a lot of calls and handling rejection.
• Reliable, consistent, and hungry for success.
